RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION

Purpose:    Review the annual budget for the Recreation department and provide recommendations thereon; reviewing and making recommendations regarding bond proposals and capital improvements; reviewing fees for the Recreation Department and making recommendations thereon.
    
Establishment:    Chapter 2, Article IV of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Albion, Sections 2-280 through 2-284
    
Membership:    Seven voting members who shall be residents of the City. Each member shall serve for a term of three years except for the members first appointed, two shall be appointed for a one-year term, two for a two-year term and three for a three-year term.
    
Residency:    All members shall be residents of the City.
    
Term:    Three years.
    
Meetings:    Six Times Annually
    
Compensation:    None.
